Im looking for a job in law...?

hello. im in grade 10 and I think choosing a career in "law" would be my best route to go.

Ex. Police, lawyer etc.

So of course next year I will be in grade 11. And i know to attend some jobs you need certain credits in certain subjects. So I want to make sure I choose the right electives next year, and for grade 12. I was hoping that someone could hook me up with a website that would have high school requirement facts for enrolling in such a job...
Im looking for a job in law...?
Hi. I am not trying to be mean, but I am going to give you a warning. Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST!!! This is not a good field to invest in. We simply have WAY TOO MANY legal professionals - we have a GLUT. Even IF you finish law school, you probably won't be able to find a job when you are done. There are a lot of attorneys working as Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Bailiffs, Court Reporters, etc, etc because they can't find a job, so they are working "down". (There is one exception to this: There are a few areas that do not have enough Police Officers - this is the one exception to the field of Law, in SOME areas.)

But the law schools won't tell you this - law students are easy money for them.

Suggestion #1: Go visit your Guidance Counselor. Ask if you can take a "Vocational Test" - this isn't a "real" test, but rather asks you about your likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, etc. This can be a BIG help in deciding which career to take - and can thus save you a LOT of money.

Suggestion #2: Consider the field of Healthcare! %26lt;%26lt;%26lt; There are a LOT of jobs there! and scholarships!

Good luck.
Reply:first of all u need to wait until you graduate from high school, then go and apply because mostly law careers don't hire people who are still in school . but it depends what job in law are you looking for their are all kinds.
Reply:the only HOOK-UP you need is a high school counselor.that explains what classes you need.you need social classes, government classes.the classes to go into is called POLITICAL SCIENCE.THEN YOU APPLY FOR LAW SCHOOL
Reply:Try going to the closest court house, they might not have PAYING jobs, but they do have internship and when you go to law school it looks good
