Looking for a part time job just for a month, how much do pizza deliver drivers make?

I'm moving at the end of next month to the other end of the country. I don't really need the work, just want to do something as I'm bored and lonely right now. How much do pizza delivery drivers get? Is it worth the little hat and big orange rectangle bag?

Reply:I have an interview for a job at Pizza Hut today as a delivery employee. I hope I get the job because I'm only 18 and my parents cut me off everything. I hear that you get at least $50 per day in tips which is great because that's more than I made at my previous jobs in a day's work. Working as a delivery employee or as a waiter/waitress makes good money, which you have to spend everyday. So you have money to spend while you wait for your paycheck!
Reply:i dont know the exact numbers, but i have a friend who is a delivery driver. he is looking hard for another job bc the pay is just not worth it. the money that they really make, comes from tips. and since they are responsible for putting gas in their vehicles, and the gas prices skyrocketing, he is actually losing money. you might need the work, but do you want to have money coming out of your own pockets?

Reply:Depends on the Pizza Outlet. With the price of gas, and many do not tip the driver's, you will barely break even.

Reply:that is not a safe job they get robbed work at the pizza place....GAS IS SO HIGH RIGHT NOW YOU WOULDNT MAKE ANYTHING YOU WOULD BREAK EVEN...NOT A SMART JOB AT THIS TIME
