whats a customer service representative
Im looking for a job and im confused on something.........?
Posh term for someone who works on the telephones!
Reply:They're the poor sods at the end of the telephone when you call to complain about a company
Reply:People who offer customer service on behalf of the company.. could be a receptionist.. a technical support person..etc.
Reply:Someone that either sits in a call centre and takes phone calls about complaints, or sits at a desk and takes complaints....you need a lot of patience and not being easily wound up.
Reply:someone who serves customers in a shop like H%26amp;M or Tesco...
Reply:the person either behind a desk or on the phone that recieves all the flack
