I am looking for a new job and have sent my resume to alot of offers on craigs list and tri valley jobs but i have not got any responce back from any of them and i all most never do. Why are they placing employment adds but never reply back ??

They are waiting for you to call them and check on the status of your resume. They want to hire people who *show* genuine interest in the position. Start making calls!!!
Reply:Yeah try calling them back. Most of the time they get so many application they dont go though them all. Try going though temp agencies. Like Apple one , Spherion, . Good look in the job hunt.
