I'm looking for a job that i can work via the internet. I am in high school, haven't graduated yet. I know coding such as HTML, CSS, C...ect.

As a web developer myself, getting contracts is quite hard. I would recommend doing free websites to start of with and once you build credibility you can start your own web developing business.
Also I would recommend learning .Net and if that's too difficult then PHP/MySQL
