Reply:Well, I'd start by getting my resume ready. Then I'd put it online at monster.com and various other headhunting sites. Because you can't switch jobs unless you have another one lined up.

Reply:Here's my theory. When I was looking DESPIRATLY for a job I was about to settle for anything. I got a Job for Curves, that just sucked! less than 300 a week as a manager! WHAT A JOKE! Fide a descen job, but know its not "THE" job. Get the job, work, learn, but keep looking. It may take a while but you'll find the right job. Always look for another job when you have one. Just because you're available now doesnt mean your job is.
